When it comes to Web3 and the virtual world that we all are going to live in one day, the discussion is focused on technology capacity and business aspects. Builders and investors in solutions that are facilitating the migration of users from web2 to web3 are very much technical or business-focused. I see this as a huge risk. You rarely hear people in this space talk about the ethics of a virtual room with people from different cultures and languages, and backgrounds. You rarely hear about the risks of building a nonethical world. You rarely hear the risk of building a world where its ethics are set by a group of tech-savvy people.  This association is first to identify these challenges, then discuss them openly and potentially approach them.
